Ursulina, aka Miss Rita D'Albert, began her burlesque career performing in and producing the Velvet Hammer just as she currently does with her latest production, the smash hit "Lucha Va VOOM", a show combining burlesque and the time-honored art of Mexican wrestling. She has performed in Catherine O'Hara's Late Nite Lounge starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Andrea Martin, as well as recently starring in the Queens of the Stone Age video "No One Knows" and Rob Zombie's "Feels So Numb". Her TV appearances include Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'Brien, Space Ghost, and the BBC's The Grill. She's been flown to London to appear at Agent Provocateur's perfume launch, as well as having made several appearances for them in Los Angeles. Miss D'Albert has also had the honor of singing "Is That All There Is?" to artist Mark Ryden on his 40th birthday. She's go-go danced at the San Diego Street Scene, at Danny Elfman's 40th birthday, on the TV show "Street Smarts", and for Rob Zombie at the White Zombie gold record party, as well as at the launch of Rob's record label. In print, Miss Rita has appeared in TIME Magazine, Rolling Stone, THE FACE, Loaded, Jack, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, and US magazine. Also an accomplished singer/guitarist/flautist, Rita has toured internationally with The Pandoras and Andy Prieboy, starred in and produced the hit musical "White Trash Wins Lotto", and is currently the lead guitarist/lead vocalist in The Buxotics, as well as a flautist/vocalist with "Bombay Rhythm Connection".
